Is SPA200 supposed to be modded by bard focus songs?

    Jennre and I were talking a .. wow few weeks ago ( hey I've been busy here) and we were discussing some test runs he did where it didn't seem that SPA200 was being modded. Is it not supposed to be, or should it be?

    200 Weapon Proc Chance


    I am not exactly fully boned-up on what can be modded or not but I am fairly certain weapon proc chance is only modified by specific AA & discs & for Bards maybe 1 song: - Jonthan's Mightful Caretaker & Heroic Dex.

    The song is, everything else with SPA200 should not be modded by song focus, because there no instrument tied to it
