   Using the Melee Merc
   Owner Dies & Merc is still alive
   Owner Accepts Rez, then Merc Dies
   Merc is immediately available for revive, with no buffs.
   Doesn't occur 100% of the time, but enough to be annoying.

   Ya, I have had this occur but like yours it is very random when it does happen. It was pretty bad last month but nothing this month so far, but then I have not died. It was my healer merc and on another alt with a rogue merc.
