I've clicked on this nimbus in my ammo slot several times and adjusted my particle effects and readjusted my particle effects to no avail. I see a cloud as I cast and then it's gone, nothing stays and no buff that "Grants a small amount of disease spell damage." Could someone look into this to make sure it is as designed?
Might be a stacking issue. If you have the familiar for finishing the CoV group tasks, or something similar, it will most likely block it. There should be a red message saying if something is blocking it.
Jann blocks a few of the nimbus effects. I was bummed I can't have my butterflies with Jann because of the butterflies increasing dmg from magic based spells. lol
