   Please put Wraith of the Shissar on the Harbringer of Fear's list to spawn. This bottleneck is almost insurmountable on a server (FV) where perma-farmer's are still instantly downing any named in any old world zone in 2021. Enchanters already have 6 bottleneck camps. Please fix this long overdue issue.
