found the issue, (it was implemented, but something kept it from going live) but unfortunately today, and It can't be hotfixed
We will be hotfixing the Western Wastes merchant Olwen . I checked! But I missed the cause of the bug was when I checked
Some mission issues were fixed between test and the live patch, but I do not know if they were the specific mentioned issues.

I can do zland in less that 5 minutes with cov t3 group gear. I have a warrior, druid, cleric, ranger, berserker and bstlord. All 115 all in cov t3. I have no problems completing zland. If your having problems you probably need more AA or more progression for the heroic stats, fortitude, resolution and vitality.

Not real sure where zlandi came into it. we are talking about crusaders. Zlandi is a super easy mission - especially with dps.
