I just logged in today to find a perfect zero balance of DBC. I had A LOT yesterday, at least 8k-10k. Has this ever happened to anybody else? Nobody else has access to my account. Is this a terrible bug that's already being worked on? Does anybody know how I can get help with this?
8-10 THOUSAND DBC???? wow. Exit the game and log into your account management thru the main site and look at your purchase history to see if any items were purchased and what your balance shows there. It also might help to log totally out of the game and when you get back in just zone once or twice. Then file a petition. That's an awful lot of DBC to have hanging around.
Ok ty, I'll try that. Yeah, it is a lot; was my xmas present to myself. Hadn't decided what to use it for yet.
OMG now I feel like an idiot. It's on my second account. All of it right there. Nothing missing. Thank you. I was wondering why the purchase didn't show up in the account that has zero DBC and I checked the other account and there it all was. Well, even though I feel dumb, I'm extraordinarily relieved.
