Had some corpses around me of a level 12 character, minions conjured is level 12 when I do a /con on them. Description of the AA incorrect ?
This spell uses a nearby corpse. It is usually used near the corpse of the mob you left without Looting, but in your case there was a low level corpse there. Try a different location!
How is your response relevant to the bug ? Hey I know lets all just stop reporting bugs. There are no more bugs.
Possibly a bug, possibly a description change is required. I can see logically why the AA should not create a level 103 shade from a level 12 corpse but the description doesn't reflect that, so an "up to" looks to be needed in the description. e.g.
