I got a mission with 3 spots that require a Soldier (5)... is that even possible?? I'm pretty sure at Elite level you can't use the same character twice even?
It's not possible to start, there's only 2 agents at most for the different jobs. There's several Elite quests like that, they match the Traits of skill (4) agents but require skill (5). I imagine this is just a bug/oversight so hopefully it gets fixed soon.
