Off-topic too, but I don't see why they do hide these spells and item IDs on live servers. Nothing special nor secret here, and it can be handy sometimes (for the /blockspell command for instance), removing the need to check on external databases. (and it's not really hidden, I've seen some macaroni quest screenshots showing these informations, so ...)
Crypt of Sul has been a hotspot for me. I was camping the Devourer of All for his 65 AC aug, and he frequently drops the tradeable 40-slot Enameled Box. In the next room is The Watcher and I got a Scuffed Traveler's Rucksack.
Some expansions are better than others for this. For example Veil of Alaris named tend it be on the rarer side compared to House of Thule named which spawn very frequently in comparison. I find the best thing to do is just multitask. Don't just farm for bags, do the quests and missions and hunter achievements and bags will come before you can blink.
