Are there any good familiars for melee classes? Currently just using the Emperor Ganak familiar from RoS.
Not really except for the the crazy rare "Type 2" familiars. Blunt Force, Vanishing Point, and Razor's Edge. They are stupid rare from the LoN packs. They only add +1 damage to a certain type of damage, aka Blunt, slash, or Pierce. You can also only have 1 of 3 up at a time. They do stack though so it's a how much do you wanna spend to "max" out thing >< Their is very small damage proc familiar, Springwork Spider but you can't have both it and Ganak OR Jann's Veil on at the same time. However, with a Boon of Seeress belt and the Boon of the Restless aug both on, it does make it "alright" proc. I would imagine Ganak is the best for melee. My alt monk is rolling with Nagafen, which IIRC adds 800 hp or so. That is only because monk does not have Ganak...
