When I sit in the guild lobby on either my War, Rog, or Zerker and am below 20% end because of death I have tried to use the Reprieve combat ability and one of them is a RK. II, the end gose up to 21% and then will not get any higher until I click off the buff icon in the song window. Then they will regen all the way back up.
Capping your Endurance is how the disc works when the buff is up rank 1 caps at 21%, rank 2 caps at 25% and rank 3 caps at 29%
it works fine in every other zone just not guild lobby, it increases the regen rate for end you just can't start it when over 20%, it will continue to work in other zones until the timer runs out on it and the end will go past 21% in every zone but the guild lobby.
The buff doesn't tick down in buff lock zones like guild lobby iirc you have to click it off manually
You will not go past 21% with the buff ON, it caps your Endur out. Once the buff fades you can regen past the capped amount.....Like Riou said, in PoK GL GH ect.... buffs don't tick down so you will never go past the cap from the buff till you click it off.
