Double Rare Spawn broken?

    Seems the increased rares is broken at least on Selo anyone else able to verify?

    Ya seriously I can’t get rares to spawn at all today different zones different named. I’d say it’s a negative bonus if anything. Was not this way yesterday at all.

    Had all but 1 named spawn in Gorowyn on AB this morning in the space of a couple of hours. I think it is safe to say it is working, at least on AB.
