Next step after banded armor?

  1. Twinnrova Journeyman

    Hey guys! I'm a beginner EQ player with a Paladin and I've just reached level 20 for the first time on a character (Aradune, Ruins of Kunark unlocked currently). I have a full set of banded armor, a kite shield, and the hammer that I summon.

    Can you give me any advice for my next steps in upgrading my gear?

    well i went the banded>bronze route, not sure if that is best, my guy was sitting capped at weight limit with nothing in bags.

    i would stick with banded for a bit and mix in higher ac pieces from bronze, you can acquire bronze drops in unrest mansion.

    imo get a better weapon, your summoned hammers not so good.

    Banded is good enough until you can farm planar armor. Invest in a decent weapon though.
