Yes!

You would kill him for the robe, but he's also involved in multiple quests... obviously paladins are the one class for one quest, but the other quests are for whoever... and he does start a line of quests that was never finished so you report to him, but he can start quests too.

I didn't expect him to be such a tricky answer, but the further the game went I knew it was going to be tougher than expected lol
