Iksar monk bare fist delay with epic

So I've been searching but haven't found anything concrete regarding iksar monk fist delay once they get their epic. Does it become the same 26 delay as humans or do they still get the +1 delay penalty?

26 delay with epic? sounds very slow from what I recall

It used to be 9/16 with epics.

Now it's 23/27 for Iksar and 23/26 for humans.

Did this change some time recently?

It's 26 with epic as iksar or human. The devs have posted before about this long time ago and even showed a snippet of code around it.

Parses with no gear and just epic shows 27dly for Iksar.

I'd be interested to see any parses showing otherwise.

Native fists are different delay/dmg (unless that as well has been normalized)

Nah, that much is correct. Human native delay is 38 and Iksar is 39.
