Not A Bug Overseer window still needs a scroll bar

    The entire Overseer window needs a layout/UI overhaul...starting with a scrollbar for the whole thing.

    I would like to see a hotkey to open Overseer window. Overseer window front page should be Active Quests. Overseer window shouldn't take up half the screen.
