I retired an agent and I got the following text as usual: Anitohk the Everliving has been removed from your collection of Overseer Agents. You have received an item for retiring an Overseer Agent. However, I did not receive the item. No item! I'm on The Nameless server in the bazaar, if it matters.
Camped, came back, and the quest was back, in finished state. I clicked finish, and this time I got a duplicate Gearheart instead of Anitohk. Should I retire him and see if I get the reward...? Decisions, decisions. And weird Overseer bugs. Edit: I retired him, and still did not get the reward again.
OH wow, been using Overseer since its inception and I didn't know they could be retired. Earlier today I was wondering what the heck is the point of accumulating so many Elites... I hope they address your problem in a timely fashion.
Yeah, retiring them is useful. Prior to yesterday when this bug started happening to me, retiring them gives you a little clicky, and when you click it, you get to choose a reward of either 2 random agents from one level lower than the one you are retiring, or increased skill in one of the different quest types. But like I wrote, now the reward appears to be nothing!
