Had 3 AJ spawns last night and players randomly fell out of the sky on to the mob to kill it out of no where. Anyone else seeing this bug?

It happened in steamfont too when Yendar popped. Had see invis up near his spawn location and when he popped a couple players came out of the heavens to get the hand in done.

DBG should really look into these random Angels appearing in the game. Could it be the second coming?

    Did you raise a petition?
Supply those player names, provide logs ideally to give them a time & place to start looking into it?

Daybreak/Darkpaw do need players to help them deal with unintended gameplay - which seems to be what these "angels" were up to, and if you happen to have NVidia "shadowplay" or were streaming at the time this captured footage can be very useful too, time & place likely lets them check server logs, they can see where players were and spot warping.

I think guidies caught it all on stream and were sending it over.

The problem is daybreak has refused to care about this for at least the entirety of Mangler server. There were box armies of 30-40 warping to do most of their traveling in Velious/Luclin. Could just watch it happen in Cobalt Scar / Sirens Grotto / Western Wastes. Never did people see them traveling through these zones, they just all happened to appear in Temple of Veeshan.

So, what you have now, is all the people that reported those box armies for warping, when it was extremely open and easy to know what they were doing. Now, all those people see there was no punishment and daybreak doesn't care. So, why would they not go download and use the same stuff.

If the law isn't going to punish people for doing something, then you're going to get more and more people that will do that thing.

Daybreak is notorious for allowing bad things to happen and never thinking about the future of "what about when more and more people do this bad thing". They are allowing an infection to grow instead of dealing with it from the start.

By now, they might suspend or ban the very few people a GM decides to banhammer whether legit or not. Even though plenty of people warp, plenty of people get accused of warping too. Whether lag or /pick or many other things. With having these GMs who are clearly random people who have never played Everquest previous to being hired for Aradune/Rizlona. Also, really won't matter if a few people get caught. They aren't going to actively police it. Just get lucky catching someone in the act the 5 minutes a GM is watching. Nothing will really be done unless they stopped the program from actually working. Enforcement isn't really their thing. They are more concerned with trying to put something into place that prevents program X Y Z from working on their game. Which, is just never going to work with how much faster the hackers can work than daybreak.

Im more curious about mobs randomly pooping little bags then them disapearing.

That's a particle effect bug, have seen posts about that happening.

And/Or spell placeable spells. Shaman, cleric, and pally splashes, all dps rain spells, etc.

Why? So we can yet again get emails that say that they will look into it and thank you for our concern, and then see the cheaters in the game every day afterwards?
For a dedicated GM server, precious little is being done about the griefing, warping, and cheating.

no but you better not EVEN think about going AFK for even a second with a pet of ANY kind out or playing a bard song. That is an easy 7 days off EQin.
