Hasten ate the AC ring, shadowed rapier and 325pp and didn't give the jboots. Tried to open a petition and the support site is an endless loop of log in, oh wrong page, logging you out. How can you get help from this company at this point?
Did you spawned Hasten Bootstrutter yourself? If not, someone might first give him a rapier and wait for someone to explore.

Log in. Multiple ways to go from here, but if you click "Contact Support" near the upper-right corner, you can then fill out and submit a ticket by working through the various drop-downs/answers, and so forth.
Yes, many players have reported that loop that can happen when trying to petition can be a problem. So some suggestions from past posts: Don't be logged into the game or the forums when starting the process. Use a different browser. Clear cookies. Make a new free account just to file on the other account.
Are you using Microsoft Edge? That is the problem I have with the petition loop. If I use Firefox it works flawlessly 100% of the time.
