On Aradune, it seems impossible to leave TD no matter where you try to go. I've tried gating, potions, translocators, it always sends you to the succor point or disconnects you and then sends you to the succor point.
Did you try to return home from character select? Maybe try deleting the timorous zone file and repatching?

It's long since fixed itself. Was only a problem for the first 30-40 mins, when there were 800+ in zone.
