So I have been meaning to post something like this for a while. With the changes to class discs like relax and breather or what ever giving endurance back while in combat, is there any reason for our Rallying Solo to not be able to be used in the same way? It seems underpowered when you can't use Rally on a target over 30% mana/end and they cannot engage in hostile actions while you use it.
would be amazing if it worked like Relax where you're slowed for the 30sec you are getting mana/end back
omg I want to cherry pick what it does. We can take the "useable in combat" feature but leave the "melee slow" component.
you know how amazing it is tho.. die, rez in, hit rally, start wrong melody that has a detrimental song in it and so you lose the whole rally.. really really annoying
