looking at Shield of the Dark from Lost Koada`Dal Force quest and it seems that Erudite is missing as a race. I do not see any other Kunark Archaeologist quest that a erudite shadowknight can do
Probably not a bug. Of the classes it lists, it's missing races that can be those classes. So either someone went completely fubar on the itemization, or it's intended that only certain race/class combos can use.
Design mostly left these old items in the state that they were found and did not have a goal at the time to ensure all race/class combinations had a viable reward.
