As title, playing a halfling and every time i head back to rivervale the parcel merchants are gone and i have to sit and wait for them to respawn. Why are they even killable?
They aren't they are guards on shifting schedules for roleplay/gameplay immersion. Even NPCs shouldn't be forced to work 24/7.
True but why is it only certain ones seem to get breaks- I’ve never seen the EC, Kelethin, or Felwihe parcel persons on break ....I guess halflings must have a strong union
I had one experience where they despawned a few seconds after I had shipped some items. Dude on the other end claimed he never received them and refused to pay. I just took the hit rather then petition. I'll<we'll> never know if that was a bug or just a scam artist.
