In going about, I heard that there may be an AA that benefits using double piercing weapons. In searching through the offerings I see nothing of the like. Is it true? If so, what is the name of the AA?

There's not much that specifically says Rogues should use 2 piercers anymore (if there ever was). The main reason most do it is to match weapon delays, and piercers are the only 19 delay Rogue-usable weapons.

Was Etherium, Bladeshield, and Pins that pretty much tied us to double piercers. Then we found out Bladeshield was actually coded to work with any 2 one handers, and we went =| then, they changed Etherium, so we went =D. Pins, afaik, only increases piercing and backstab.
Something to point out, if people are using Pinpoint Defects. Pinpoint Defects is the same %, but costs more endurance than Pinpoint Shortcomings. Making Pinpoint Shortcomings the better option for now, unless you only have access to a higher rank of Defects.
