This quest has an incompatible first slot. ! - Solider (3) with bonuses for Clockwork, Warrior, Monstrous The only agent with these 3 bonuses is the Common Steamwork Shock Trooper, but he is only Solider (2). It seems like this quest should require either a tier (2) Solider or a different set of bonuses that matches some agent.
On review this seems to be an issue for every Elite Recovery type mission. All of them require a tier 3 skill agent, yet all of them have bonuses that match exactly a Common tier 2 skill agents. Either change the tier skill required for the agents to 2, or change the bonuses to match a 3+ agent.
