Any chance of making it available again when you drop Luclin, and then when you drop GoD?

(ya I know you can gamble for it; but until the gold tickets are buy-able from the loyalty vendor that's .. not an option for someone like me who doesn't want to do nothing but farm plat or spent real life money)

(and yes I'm saying it sucks that people who play Beastlord's and Berserker's have no reasonable chance to obtain one until the loyalty vendor goes in)
