    It was a confluence of events...subs ran out and some didn't renew, the xp bonus expired which made people not stay logged in as much leveling alts, DPG reduced the number of crashes and thus raised the server cap a bit, other people have maxed their chars and are not logging in as much or just log in to raid, etc.
