This item tooltip is very misleading. It is a multi-zone, multi-expansion quest that has a reward that, I would say, isn't balanced to the difficulty. The in game tooltip says it gives up to 750 Health/Mana yet it looks like even at level 115 it is still only giving a maximum of 570 Health/Mana. It is weaker than Ruaabri's Fist which is from the same expansion yet just dropped from a named mob. The Puppet should be at least brought up to match Ruaabri's Fist given the difficulty and time spent of the quest.
