When Use Tell Windows is checked in the options if you send a tell to a player that is zoning it does not go to their tell window, it goes to the window you have set with the tell filter that it would go to if you didn't use tell windows.
Now that it takes 5+ minutes to zone on Aradune, sure would be nice if this got fixed. Also cross server tells act the same way, they don't go to tell windows.
