While Tunare and Crush can get the quest done, I think the issue is that no harvester(5) or marauder(5) exists with those traits... The question is, should we expect that for each quest there is a "perfect" match(trait-wise) that is attainable in the game, or is it just completely random?
This is the first quest I've ran into (to the best of my knowledge) like this. There has always been a obvious choice with an Agent that has all of the beneficial traits. I can't help but think this is simply a mistake.
Yea, I wonder if they are leaving it open for future Agents, since that stuff is the max level stuff They do have Fippy unreleased to add in to it
There are quite a bit of these actually, all the elite recovery quests I've gotten recently are like this. One had 2 level 5 spies, and I'm pretty sure D'vinn is the only one.
The 3 optional agents in recruit king kazon stormhammer all want elite diplomat Job with paladin, high elf Trait bonuses .
