How do I get $19.99 pack I bought?

    I purchased the $19.99 celebration pack with the 40-slot bag for $19.99 but when I type /claim I don't see it? How do I receive this item?

    Have you tried logging out and logging back in? They are also patching the logins right now. Not sure that would have an impact, but that's a possibility. Did you get the confirmation email on your purchase?

    Try pressing the Refresh button on the /claim UI.

    it's under a slightly different name, just target your various rewards in the claim window and you will find the bag with potions in it ;-)
