I have little faith that they know anything if they cant post a comment about it being down .... I work in operations for a large corporation and theres no way we couyld get away with the downtime we expereince with EQ
Should is the key word. Circumstances have most if not all of them working remotely so nothing is business as usual. Drinal was down like 12 hours before they noticed yesterday so hoping a few different waving signs gets their attention sooner rather than later. EDIT: already in the bannered message that they are investigating so there is that.
This stuff is all automated, or should be. As soon as a server goes down, people should get automatically notified. If their server admin is that bad that this stuff isn't set up, they're more useless that I imagined.
