    The issue is related to a team of EQ devs who volunteered to clean up and reorganize my bank bags.

    I have a sheet of batwing crunchy cookies in my bank....that I got from a GM on Halloween, 1999.

    So ya, the clean up job was slightly more than they bargained for.

    Crash.

    Oh no, batwing crunchies...wet market cookies...

    I am so so so sorry guys.

    There's an update (tweet) 15 mins ago saying they don't have an update but hope to get us playing soon.
    That is not helpful!
    They should be able to say, surely: "It'll be between 1 & 2 hrs"; or "this should take another 3 hours or more" or even "this will take sometime between 5 mins and 50 hrs - we will know more in approx 2 hrs"
    I'd like to know whether to (continue to) wait or just give up
