I just made my first piece of ToV raid armor. I made the chest piece, Velium Empowered Illuminator Breastplate. It has the exact same focus specifications as my Heavenly Glorious Void Illuminator Breastplate. "Merciful Shield absorbs 100% of incoming melee damage up to 234375 total damage." and... "Merciful Remedy Healing increases the base healing ... by 8%" Shouldn't there have been some adjustments to these numbers? Forgive me if this has already been addressed as I did search for similar threads!
Wizards got the same non-upgrade … the only thing the bp does is add the new 115 fire ethereal to the increase. You got the sincere remedy added to the focus. It is a change. The increases have been the same for years 6 percent for group, 8 percent for raid. Usually the non-level bumps are when you see an increase in the non-spell focus effect (otherwise the upgrade would purely be a stat increase.
Same clicky for Monk/Bst/Shm(as Jondalar said) as well, was definitely a sad panda moment when I realized.
