Not A Bug OVERSEER COLLECTION BUGGED !

    I have now rushed through 9 " successful " ( 3 failed ) collection events and every one of them the collection device CRUMBLED ! At least 3 of these where " Critical Successes " or 50%.

    At this point if you spend station cash to rush it , the failure rate is more like 95 % !

    The Random Number Generator is a cruel mistress.

    I am changing this, as we agree it's not a great user experience, but it requires a server down patch. In the future you will get fragments. 4 fragments will make a Full dispenser.

    I'm curious...will it be a guarantee of fragments on a successful quest, or just a chance for fragments? And will these fragments be tradable or no?
