a minotaur miner at loc 2521, 2065 in Dragonscale Hills on Bertox server just stands there. He can be targeted but attacking gets the message, "You can't him them from here". Also, he won't aggro me. Was there before the server went down today and when it came back up he is still there. Super low priority bug.
I'm on my monk. Trying Distant Strike gets, "You cannot see your target". Destructive Force which has an AE component does nothing.
I believe this NPC is spawning under the world, showing on the client that he's standing above ground but is actually underneath. A valid Z is 44, and its spawn data is using 34. It's possible that the geo changed after the area was populated, or it could be a typo. In any case, it should be relatively easy to fix.
so a 50 50 chance this breaks all raid zone outs, popping people under the world where the entire population of Seblis spawns, in human illusions and gibs players 1 by 1? Roll the Dice!
