I've noticed that when doing Dead Hills Heroic Adventures that the person requesting the HA will end up in a Separate Dead Hills Instance After Completing the tasks, hailing Gribble, and Exiting from the Heroic Adventure Back into the Dead Hills. The person who requested the task and was the leader of the adventure will be in a Separate Instance from the rest of their group. They will be in an instance that does Not contain a campfire. I'm referring to the Heroic adventures (3) given out by Gribble: (1) Into the Hills (2) Scouting Ahead and (3) Disrupting the ritual. I don't know if the other DH HAs are bugged. However, All members of the group will all be in the Same instance after Entering into the new or next Heroic adventure. There is no problem there. So while working on the Heroic Adventure all members of the group will United in the Same Instance. It is only After completing and Exiting that they are in Separate Dead Hills Instances. The way I've been working around this is: After completing the tasks, hailing Gribble, saying back, and After loading into the separate Dead Hills zones. Then The Leader who is not in the zone with the campfire must use his or her campfire button to rejoin their group in the same instance. Understood? But doing this greys out the campfire button, obviously. So then the player that was the leader of the task will have to wait for the recast timer of the campfire button to elapse in order to recast campfire. Bummer!
Nope. But, if I had to make a wild stab in the dark, I'd guess your DH zone has enough people in it that there is a pickzone. 3 ways around this, if this is in fact the case...... 1. /pick your main toon back to the pick your others are in. 2. /kickp task instead of zoning out and dropping your guys individually /3 zone out to EWK and back in, should reunite your party.
If you are just continuing to do missions from Gribble (or anyone else for that matter), you do not have to be all in the same /pick. Each /pick's Gribble will allow you to request a mission and if you say ready or whatever the key word is, you will zone into the same instance … regardless of which /pick you started in. Dythan has some suggestions for staying together. For ToV missions, I've found the best thing is to make sure the leader of the group has Pick as Group selected in the /pick window, have the leader be the one getting the task, and have the leader be the first one to zone out (sometimes just having the leader zone out seems to work fine). Good thing is the ToV zones are starting not to have /picks due to less traffic … so less of an issue there ...
This has happened to us on multiple occasions in the past month. In both cases there were zero other people in either pick. As mentioned, it isn't a serious inconvenience. But does cause a little confusion each time until you realize they HAVE zoned out of the mission, just elsewhere.
This isn't limited to Dead Hills...it happens quite frequently in the ToV instances. I have noticed that if everyone drops the task individually, we all typically end up in the base zone. It's when the task leader does a /kicktask that we usually end up in different instances. There's a thread in the bug forum about it...or at least there was.

Yes I had that too often enough. Happened in ToV and in TBL a year ago. The usual Everbug Experience.
