Something was looking incorrect there, so I decided to go with individual expansions instead of more "in or before".

Yes it's in the Buried Sea. It's possible I misread a question. I had broken up with EQ during this time, and therefore I'm not really familiar with which expac came first. I failed at Google obviously.
