Might of Stone is on earrings. ToV back has duration focus. Increases the duration of spells by #1%. This bonus will decay on spells over level #2.
But problem is now, I use GMM raid cloak and well there is only beneficial focus. And I know other people have same problem. Should add the detrimential focus to the TBL/GMM cloaks, so there some time where the focus are on both
Transitions are tough. Swap pet ear with regular TBL/GMM ear (unless you are casting a pet) until you get a cloak. Bid like you want one. At least for us, Sleepers seems to drop 2 cloaks quite often.
The closest I can think on is the TBL mana pres, where it was put on shoulder, but mana pres was ALSO on ring
Yes. This is not a bug. This is a transition period that is going to happen at some time as I'm not going to continue to duplicate focuses. Now is the time!
