"A drolvarg guard" should not spawn on the first floor. Instead it should be "a returned shadow beast" After the patch it was supposed to be fixed. The "A Drolvarg guards" prevent the key mob from spawning. Please remove them and put the original "a returned shadow beast" back in it's place like it's supposed to. Now the "A drolvarg guard" still spawn, however, they are blue and do not spawn the key guy. Also they cast the same dot as the 6th floor. The only thing changed in the patch is they are now blue and now white. I am disgusted on how much time I have spent on this first floor trying to get keys. It's just disgusting that it's still not fixed and I know I will have to wait another month to get it fixed. So my choice is to spend a large amount of time killing on the first floor of tofs when there are so many other places and things I'd rather be doing.
