Easy question, do they stack at all? I know the Eyes don't work on lvl 111+ spells, but if you have both, would you get a 17% dmg increase instead of just the 10% on a lvl 110 spell?
you wish! I always did wonder though if those type 3's The eye and now Luminous thing did much if anything for pure melee.
It does do something, we have a fair amount of abilities that account for maybe 30% of our DPS. Not a lot, but DPS is DPS.
