Thought I wanted to post this, as it was posted in veteran forum, but seems more a bug. Seems that the drakes fireballs get more and more powerful as the max level increases. https://forums.daybreakgames.com/eq/index.php?threads/drake-fireball-diefire-mountains.261836/ When RoS got out, it was 120k unresistable damage, now it is 180k+ Apparently it follow max level of the game, and not is static max dam up to level 110. It is already for problem for the people who is level 110 and wanna do the progression in RoS now. But think when a TLP server comes to RoS in X number of years and the max level of the game is 125, then the DD will be like 300k?

This is a bug thread, not really a strategy discussion. The spell damage was out of era, and has been fixed internally.
It is not a bug, it is just something you don't like. The spell effect is tied to the mob level and global settings for that level, and since those mobs are yellow cons to a 110, they took on global aspects of their level when the level increase expansion came out. There are lots of instances where this happens. They can be changed individually later on should the devs choose to, but they are not bugs as such.
