On the Step: Use the Resonating Ice at the end of the stone near Guard Evercold I am able to click the Ice, and it clicked and consumed, while I am lev and closed to the ice, but not not top on it. Once the item is consumed, the task step did not get updated, and the task is stuck and unable to progress. I have tried to regain the Moving Ice, and not able to. I petitioned, but was told I need to report it as a bug.
Same exact thing happened to one of my boxes last night. If updated normally for 5 toons and the 6th has this bug. I also petitioned and was basically told I was out of luck and to redo it
This is particularly annoying, so close to finishing this and the item goes poof and no update. Submitted a ticket, and was told bug report it. In limbo now for a couple of days on this. Not sure why someone couldn't check someones quest log and just replace the item. All the steps are green except the last two.
