Fixed Internally ToV T2 wrists missing focus

    T2 wrists seem to be missing focus effects. At least for enchanters.

    Cleric and SK have the focus, magician and enc miss it from the classes where I have it.

    Enchanter T2 wrists are the ones that need fixing.

    Magicians do not have poison or chromatic spells and do not need the focus.

    I really wished they would just go back to the focus being there for all classes, but evidently it freaks some folks out that you might have a focus on gear you cannot use (see the changes in mana pres focus during TBL for an example). This is why we can't have nice things.

    You are correct that the focus is missing from the Icebound Mindlock Wristguard.

    The Icebound Wrists lack the chromatic focus that the Snowbound wrists utilize.
