Adding luck to TOV gear?

    Is there going to be a change to the absence of luck on a bunch of the TOV gear?
    Just as an example, the ring of condemned dead from EW.

    Tier 1 items do not get luck. Luck is a premium feature and Tier 1 items are not locked to premium.

    Tier 1/non-prestige gear is luck-less, just as it was with TBL.
