Not A Bug Velium Empowered Gem Stats

    All three versions, Striking, Soothing, Freezing have the exact same stats:
    24 Stam
    17 Dex
    24 Char

    This seems appropriate for Striking. Shouldn't the caster and priest versions have 17 Int/Wis instead of Dex to be more class appropriate?
