The spawn rate on this name is now EXTRA EXTRA EXTRA RARE, which it should not be, I spent 4 hours over the weekend killing the PH with 0 name, then I spent 9 hours in 1 day killing the PH, the name spawn a total of 2 times in 9 hours. Please check the spawn rate, before patch I could at least get 1 name in 2 hours, not 1 name after 5:30hrs full group grinding.
All of the dracholichs are PH I think, so if you are only killing one then the named spawn rate is going to be super low. There are about half a dozen of them scattered around the zone.
for the 9 hours was killing 5 of the PH for return dracolich, so the spawn rate should be better? it was before the last patch.
