Fixed Internally type 18 aug's cant fit in Ear

    I just finished the 2nd TS quest for the new ear and the result has a type 18 slot but all the tbl aug only fit in shoulders, hands, fingers, feet . i guess this might be the way it is suppose to be but since i don't think the new type 18's are dropping yet it seems like a big let down
