Fixed Internally TOV Mk/Bst 1 hand blunt lower damage then TBL of same type

    The group version of TOV Monk/Beastlord 1 hand blunt weapons are lower damage same delay compared to the TBL and GMM version of the same type.
    comparing the H2H Monk/Beastlord weapons from TOV to TBL and GMM versions these seem correct.

    Yeah unfortunately monks get the raw deal on this. Beastlords will actually see an increase in dps using the new TOV weps due to the sympathetic casting procs in addition to the normal proc

    I can confirm that the following have a bad ratio. The rest (the group TS and both raid) have the correct ratio.
