ToV armor charms

    What's the deal with the ToV armor charms? I have a full set of snowbound and after the patch I have over 2k less HEM with stats lower than a conflagrant charm. If the charms are based on t2 plus, then a 2k drop is way overboard for using snowbound. Others in general just now were saying the same thing. Time to go back to my Symbol of the Dragon's Scale which does give full stats for class specific armor
